Therapy for Children/Teens
Oftentimes children and teens are "doing the best they can with what they've got," meaning their unwanted behaviors (i.e. misbehaving, yelling, cutting, lying) are because they have no other way of managing big feelings. Supporting children and teens through navigating life's challenging moments takes a creative and collaborative approach. Topics that we support kids and teens through include:
- EMDR & Trauma Therapy
- Managing emotions
- Depression & self-harm
- Identity exploration
With nurturance and time, children and teens can emerge more self-aware, self-confident, and more equipped to tackle the world.
Family therapy is a collaborative approach that aims to address conflicts, enhance communication, and help families recognize and build upon their existing strengths. By providing a safe and neutral space, we work with family members to explore their role & dynamics, strengthen relationships, and develop effective problem-solving skills. This process fosters a sense of connection and empowerment, enabling families to discover what is already working well within their system while promoting overall family well-being.

- Anxiety & panic attacks
- Relationship problems

- Finding or changing careers
